Patient 14 was experiencing diffuse hair loss across the top of his scalp. The goal was to add more density throughout while adding the most density in the center. A total of 520 hair grafts were transplanted using standard FUT strip method and Trichophytic Donor Closure to minimize any donor scarring. The procedure involved 420 two-three hair grafts and 100 four-five hair grafts. Total hair transplanted was approximately 1500 hairs. The after picture was taken 10 month post op.
